- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Chemotherapy experience required, chemotherapy symptom management required, Blood Product administration experience required, Experience with Central lines, tunneled and non tunneled ports required 3. Certifications: BCLS required, OCN preferred 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage required (4 weekend shifts per schedule), floating to other inpatient units required 8. RTO: 1 week max, minimal RTO allowed, cannot accommodate RTO during first 2 weeks 9. Returning Staff: Prior UW staff requires 18 months separation 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same bill rate, candidates float within hospital 11. Background: Disclose any hits when submitted 12. Modules: Non-billable, completed pre-start; RN: 5-6 hours; Allied: 2-3 hours; additional 6 hours for WA suicide prevention training if required for MSL work 13. Travel Experience: Travel experience required 14. Scrubs: Any color; scrubs provided for OR personnel 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Alaris IV pumps, CADD Solis PCA pumps, central line, tunneled, non tunneled port Critical: First-timers not preferred. Most patients receiving chemotherapy, many neutropenic. Two references required at submittal (prefer both supervisory). Submit 3 jobs max. Compliance deadline is 3 business days prior to start.
