- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; 2-3 years in Rehab and/or acute hospital preferred 2. Cases: In-patient Rehab OT/PT neuro and ortho patient evaluations and treatments; Acute (Ortho, Tele, and ICU) evaluations and treatments 3. Certifications: Active OT License required (no temp license allowed); NDT or brain injury certifications preferred 4. License: Active OT or PT License; no temporary licenses accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: 8A-5P; 2 weekend shifts per month (day off during the week in exchange); call requirements to be discussed during interview; 36 guaranteed hours 8. RTO: Not specified 9.
