Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days with variable start time 0700-0800; one weekend day shift per month; no on-call but flexible start times for Tuesday/Wednesday surgeries 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be separated from facility for at least 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
