Cases: Acute Care required; LTAC experience preferred; skills include CVA Rehabilitation, TBI, Amputee, Parkinson's, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Total Hip/Knee Replacement, Lymphedema management, and Upper Extremity among others 3. Certifications: BLS and NBCOT required 4. License: State license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days; variable start time 0700-0800; OT staff may flex to 0900-0930 on Tuesday/Wednesday based on shoulder surgery schedule; no on-call; one weekend day shift per month rotation 8.
