- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years preferred; previous IRF experience highly preferred 2. Cases: 6-7 patient caseload daily; brain injury, stroke, spinal cord, amputee, cardiac, orthopedic 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Licensed OT in IN required 5. Education: Graduate of accredited OT program required 6. EMR: UDS 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift; 36 weekly guaranteed hours; 1-2 weekend days per month; no call requirements 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Float requirements to CRHN and CRHW as needed 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
