Certifications: BLS and NBCOT required; must be in hand at start of contract 4. License: South Carolina or Multistate Compact Occupational Therapist License required at start of contract 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p; weekends required, possibly 1-2 per month; on-call not required; holidays as needed; float within scope to meet facility needs required/preferred 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; approval based on facility needs 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius; no locals accepted 11.
