Cases: Amputee, Arthritis, CVA Rehabilitation, Dementia/Alzheimers, Hand Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Lower Extremity, Multiple Sclerosis, Nerve Injury, Parkinson's Disease, Other Progressive Neurological Disorders, Spinal Cord Injury, Tendon Repair, Upper Extremity; home health experience required; OASIS training preferred 3. Certifications: BLS required; state license required 4. License: Valid state license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Charting system experience required; BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, and Ace Timesheet documentation system used 7. Shifts/Call: Home skilled visits — 6-8 per day (minimum of 6 patients per day; manager's discretion may increase by 1); visits and hours are self-scheduled based on HomeCare office needs 8.
