Shift: Days, 8a-4p, 8×5, 40hrs per week, M-F, No call, no weekends
Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• CA License
• 1 year of Home Health experience as an OT
• Must know HCHB
• BLS
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) (only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent)
