Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required for submission 2. Cases: Stroke, SCI, amputee, and general rehab populations required; CARF-accredited rehabilitation program 3. Certifications: BLS required; MD OT License must be in hand at time of submission; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: Maryland OT License required and must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner/MedConnect experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days; typically 7:30 AM-4:00 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM; Tuesday-Saturday preferred; Monday-Friday candidates considered if willing to work one Saturday once or twice per month and flex a weekday off; one weekend day per month required; float as needed 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Orientation is 5 hours 13.
