License: CA OT license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting system 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 shifts; facility can call off once per two week pay period 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; 7 days maximum for offers; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment with locations and dates 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Average 16 hours non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported via Workramp transcripts 13.
