- Required certification: Occupational Therapist
- 1+ years of experience
- START: 8/24 for backfill set starts every other week Bill Rate: 77.20 Modality: OT, Outpatient Requirements: BLS, NC License, Setting: 90% OP, with some Acute responsibilities adult & peds outpatient background required. Basic splinting skills would be beneficial for our hand patients. Outpatient Caseload: 70% adults (orthopedic, neurological, fine motor issues, etc) and 30% pediatrics. Acute Care: will cover acute when outpatient is slow or if the other OT is off. Acute is all adults/geriatrics # weeks: 13 weeks Schedule: 40 hours per week Shift: 8D Mon-Fri 8-5 no weekends EOH Call: May need to be on call for acute strokes on a holiday- acute care and AM only LIC: NC Dress Code: Navy scrubs with gray or white undershirt OR khaki pants and a navy polo shirt Include Reference with submission OT/Hol: 1.25 On call: 3.00 Provider must arrive at Facility within 30 minutes of receiving call. The minimum call-back period is two (2) hours Call Back :1.50 RatePlan:Regular Rates
