- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required (HARD STOP) 2. Cases: MS/Tele experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS required 4. License: No license hits accepted; any license hit results in immediate rejection 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: MedHost preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 36 hours/week; weekend coverage required; patient ratio 6 (nights and weekends); no block scheduling requests; all candidates must be willing to float to other areas, including other Integris facilities up to 75 miles 8. RTO: No more than 5 days per 13-week contract; absolutely NO holiday RTO; violations escalated to Submittal Excellence/Team Lead 9. Returning Staff: Minimum 1-year separation from Integris as an employee required before eligible for submission; no travel pairs; only 1 submittal allowed per traveler across all Integris campuses 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile travel requirement; candidates within 75 miles are considered local and are NOT eligible to apply; address must be verified as greater than 75 miles from facility via valid DL or state-issued ID AND a utility bill in the traveler's name with matching address within the last 3 months 11. Background: No license hits; any submission with a license hit will be immediately rejected 12. Modules: Average 2-8 hours; non-clinical modules are billable; clinical modules are non-billable; completed during orientation and recorded via facility report 13.
