- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required for submission 2. Cases: GI conditions, blood loss/anemia, infections, renal patients, post-GI surgical patients, cardiac monitoring (10 Tele beds); Adults and Geriatrics population 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; Telemetry preferred; must pass EKG Testing prior to start 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred; Pyxis and SBAR also used on unit 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour nights only (18:45-07:15); 36 hours only per week; every other weekend required; floating required to other Med/Surg units as needed; no blocked scheduling 8. RTO: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; any call-offs or additional RTO could result in cancellation and DNR 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
