- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty; will consider 18 months working under highest level of professional license with 1 year of recent experience in the specialty field 2. Cases: MS/Tele Float Pool 3. Certifications: AHA BLS or Red Cross BLS required 4. License: Registered Nurse - State of Alabama or Compact license required; no temp licenses accepted; Nursys required 5. Education: Associate degree in nursing required 6. EMR: Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week; every other weekend required; holidays as required; early starts available if compliant 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
