Cases: General medical surgical population, CHF, CP, Cellulitis, osteomyelitis, pancreatitis, s/p amputations, small bowel obstruction, Afib/dysrhythmias, Cancer, Palliative care 3. Certifications: MD RN License, BLS, ACLS, NIH, CPI required; BLS/ACLS must be AHA ONLY; CPI must be Calm Every Storm online version if completed online 4. License: Active MD RN or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Nights, 36 hours, every other weekend required; holidays required as they fall; floating required within M/S and Telemetry specialty and lower acuity as needed; on-call on lieu of call off for low census only; block scheduling cannot be accommodated 8. RTO: Max 7 days can be requested; if more than 4 consecutive days, an additional week must be added to the back end on new contracts; one pre-approved time off; one major holiday off during winter season may be allowed; special scheduling requests must be submitted with RTO at time of application 9.
