Experience: 2 years required for submission; Charge RN experience preferred (charge duties as needed); Rapid Response team experience required; Total joints experience required 2. Cases: Mixed unit — Med Surg, Med Surg Tele, Med Surg Ortho/Surgical, Med Surg Oncology, PCU; Strong Telemetry experience required; High acuity; Cardiac drips (no titration), dysrhythmias, CVA, chest tubes required as hard stops 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; AHA/Red Cross requirement not specified 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; No block scheduling; Must be available for mandatory 5 shifts during clinical orientation week (36-40 hours first week); Float required within scope; May float to ED for Med Surg holds, PRN to Women's Center or ICU; 3 call-outs results in termination; 48-hour notice of shift change refusal may forfeit guaranteed hours; 1-week or more notice of shift change refusal may result in termination 8.
