Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (core staff have PALs) 4. License: RN or LPN license required; AZ state license implied by facility location 5. Education: RN license required 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s; must occasionally work weekends (7a-7p or 7p-7a); call only when down staffed or placed on call 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must be 60 miles or greater to be considered travel; local rate $51 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
