- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year recommended; greater than 1 year required for travel candidates 2. Cases: Tele, surgical, general medical; possible inpatient holds 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required (core staff have PALs); must be included in full submittal packet 4. License: RN, LPN, or CNA license required; AZ license implied by facility location 5. Education: RN license required 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s (7a-7p / 7p-7a); must occasionally work weekends; call only when down-staffed or placed on call 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 60 miles or greater required to be considered travel; local rate $51/hr for candidates within 60 miles 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Bi-weekly orientation noted 13. Travel Experience: Greater than 1 year experience required for travel candidates 14. Scrubs: Any color accepted; only scrubs for clinical staff; closed-toed shoes required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Not specified 16.
