Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of experience within the last 3 years in MS/Tele required; must be able to read tele strips 2. Cases: Med-surg to intermediate level of care; cardiac gtts, insulin gtts, heparin gtts; interpretation and management of dysrhythmias required 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be through AHA; auto-reject if not present at submission 4. License: Oregon license required; must list Oregon license status in submittal; pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required (not GTE); no block schedule accommodation; self-scheduling; guaranteed 36 hours per week; client may cancel 1 shift per 4-week, 2 shifts per 8-week, 3 shifts per 13-week assignment 8. RTO: Anything over 2 weeks needs approval; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
