Skills include cardiac telemetry, CVA, intracranial bleeds, neuro stepdown, post MI, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, TAVR, tracheostomy care, heparin protocols, IV insulin protocols, and many others as listed 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Pending license accepted; state not explicitly specified in notes 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic (Excellian) required 7.
