Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Med Surg, Trauma, Oncology, Heart and Vascular, Neuro, Medicine, COVID, ED Holding/Boarding 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS required; must obtain ACLS by compliance deadline 4. License: MO or compact license (submit without license OK for MO); IL license in hand required at submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 36 or 48 hours per week; every other weekend; no on-call required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ requires manager approval); no RTO first week; no new RTO after submission 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent BJC employees must wait 1 year 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates within 75-mile radius; travel experience required 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Required for RNs; billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
