Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required 2. Cases: Med/Surg all patient populations; agency nurses will NOT care for pediatric patients at Mosaic 3. Certifications: RN State License and/or Compact State Licensure, BCLS, ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS required; copies required at submission 4. License: RN State License and/or Compact State Licensure required; pending license acceptable at submission but must be active and in-hand prior to start date 5. Education: BSN preferred 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights, 1900-0730; self-scheduling; patient ratio 5:1 days; weekend coverage Fri/Sat nights and Sat/Sun days 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; only one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; traveler's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility; local candidates accepted at a lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
