Experience: Minimum 2 years of telemetry experience required; candidate must pass a telemetry competency exam including identifying and measuring rhythm strips; failure results in contract termination 2. Cases: CHF, Alcohol Withdrawal, NSTEMIs, sepsis, dysrhythmias, pneumonia, COPD, Covid, post-procedure patients including pacemakers, ablations, cath lab, and OHS patients downgraded from ICU; non-titratable cardiac medication drips (Cardizem, Lasix, Nitro, etc.) 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required 4. License: NV RN License required prior to start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights, 1845-0715; 36 weekly guaranteed hours; no call requirements; may be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift per schedule period; schedule can include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts; low census call-off up to 48 hours per 13-week contract without penalty 8.
