Cases: Acutely ill medical-surgical and orthopedic patients; diagnoses include acute/chronic respiratory illness, post-op general surgery, post-op general GYN surgery, post-op total knee and hip replacements, orthopedics, acute and chronic pain, active GI bleeding, CHF/pulmonary edema, diabetes (hyper and hypoglycemic conditions), renal failure, drug overdose, CIWA score below 7, suicidal, arrhythmia, radioactive therapy, uncontrolled or new onset of seizures, stable COVID patients; IV drips include Heparin and TNA 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and NIHSS preferred (AHA requirement not specified); EKG pass/fail exam required for all RNs regardless of specialty 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, Nights, 7p-7:30a; EOW rotation; holidays as needed; float required between all Cone Health facilities 8.
