- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; Community Hospital experience required; Trauma Level II preferred 2. Cases: Stroke and general med/surg post-surgical; skills include cardiac telemetry, CVA, intracranial bleeds, post TPA care, traumatic brain injury, renal transplant, spinal cord injury, tracheostomy care, wound care/wound vac, and more 3. Certifications: BLS and NIHSS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: No block scheduling; every other weekend required; no floating requirement; no on-call 8. RTO: Required upon submission; one pre-approved time off; no holiday requirement 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local rate differential applies 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Orientation is 24 hours 13.
