Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry/Neuro experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS required 4. License: No pending state license accepted; absolutely no license hits allowed 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Must float within scope to meet facility needs and to sister facilities up to 75 miles; every other weekend coverage required; no block scheduling requests 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13 weeks; no holiday RTO allowed 9. Returning Staff: Must have minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee to be eligible; only 1 submittal allowed per traveler to all Integris campuses 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; address must be greater than 75 miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12.
