Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: At least 1 year required; 18 months true tele experience with cardiac experience required 2. Cases: Cardiac tele patients, titrating drips, pre/post cardiac cath patients, experience with sheaths, COVID patients 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), CPI, NIHSS required; TNCC preferred; copies required with submission 4. License: MO RN or Compact required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required, no exceptions 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 hour nights, every other weekend required 8. RTO: Time off presented after submission will not be approved; no block scheduling 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for at least 1 year 10. Travel/Local: No local radius rule; locals accepted at same rate; must be willing to float within hospital 11. Background: Client approves background hits on case by case basis 12. Modules: Non-billable; ED, ICU, and TELE require 4 hours; completed pre-start via NKCH education system 13. Travel Experience: Required; no first time travelers 14. Scrubs: Navy blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Must pass EKG exam on orientation day with 80% or higher including lethal rhythms. CEU requirements: 8 cardiac and 8 stroke CEUs. COVID-19 vaccine required (medical exemptions only). Community hospital experience required. At least one reference required to submit.
