- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years recent minimum, strict; first-time travelers not accepted unless they have 5+ years in specialty 2. Cases: Surgical oncology primary, medical oncology overflow, medical-surgical overflow; central lines (PAC, PICC, midlines), wound care, drains, ostomies, Foleys, PCA pumps; chemotherapy administration for ONS nurses only 3. Certifications: BLS and NIHSS required; skills include Administer Chemo, Conscious Sedation, IV Start 4. License: Must be in compliance with NLC guidelines; pending licenses not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 4x12 nights; on-call as needed; weekend coverage as needed; no block schedule, weekend block may be considered and must be discussed during interview 8.
