- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Med/Surg Telemetry skillset required, including head-to-toe assessment, orthopedic care, IV medication administration (Lasix drip, heparin drip, IVP metoprolol, diltiazem, insulin IV/subQ), wound care with drain management and VACs, NGT/G-tube care and parenteral nutrition, central line management (PICC/HD catheter/midlines), foley/nephrostomy/suprapubic catheter care, ostomy care, and postoperative patient care 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry; procedures performed on unit include NGT 3. Certifications: RN License, ACLS, BLS required 4. License: NH RN License must be in hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Altera/Allscripts Sunrise 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour shifts preferred; EOW scheduling; float to like MST units (D1, F2); travelers generally float first; participation in daily MDRs on day shift Mon-Fri at 1030-1100/1115 8.
