- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Med/Surg Telemetry skillset required, including head-to-toe assessment, orthopedic care knowledge, IV medication administration (Lasix drip, heparin drip, IVP metoprolol, diltiazem, insulin IV or subQ), wound care including drain management and VACs, NGT/G tube care and parenteral nutrition, central line management (PICC/HD catheter/midlines), foley/nephrostomy/suprapubic catheter care, ostomy care, and postoperative patient care 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry; orthopedic care; postoperative patient care; NGT procedures performed on unit 3. Certifications: RN License, ACLS, BLS required 4. License: NH RN License required; must be in hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Altera/Allscripts Sunrise 7.
