Cases: Orthopedic Trauma - MVAs, Fractures, Amputations, Industrial Accidents, Gun Shot Wounds, Cellulitis, Joint Replacement Surgery, COVID Patients; Post-op care management, blood administration, wound vac management 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekends required according to scheduling needs; no on-call required; no block schedules; no floating between units; patient ratio 1:5-6; orientation is 12 hours 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Special Equipment: Wound Vacs, Bucks Traction, CPMs, High Flow O2 Critical: Community Hospital experience required. Trauma Level II experience preferred. Required skills include MS/Tele, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, peripheral nerve block catheters, total joint replacement, traction, HFNC, and wound care/wound vac. 48-hour shifts are not approved.
