Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: At least 1 year required 2. Cases: Medical patients, surgical patients, post cardiac catheterization 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekends required (6 shifts per 6 weeks), no on-call required, patient ratios 1:4-5 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days for both Aya and Client offers; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must include response about previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits 12. Modules: Average 16 hours, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13.
