Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – MS/Tele – 6K General
Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12×3, 36hrs per week, EOW, EOH
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- OH License
- 1 year of RN experience
- Dysrhythmia Exam Required
- BLS
- ACLS
- Travel experience not required
- Preferred exp: CAPD experience. Drips: Cardizem, Nitro, Heparin
- CCRN Critical Care Registered Nurse (preferred)
- PCCN Progressive Care Certified Nurse (preferred)
- National Institute of Health(NIH) Stroke Certification (preferred)
- Education Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred)
- 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
- Training EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) training (preferred)
- Critical Care Course (preferred)
Other Details:
- This position will not accept local candidates.
- Oxygen: Trachs, BiPAP, CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Nasal Cannula.
- Typical ratios 1:4-5- 2 Techs per shift
- Charge nurses are out of ratio on days and in ratio on nights.
- Nurses are expected to read/interpret telemetry every 4 hours in EPIC.
- Phlebotomy is available to do peripheral lab draws.
