Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of recent experience within the last 7 years required 2. Cases: ER Holding, Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS and NIHSS required 4. License: DC license in hand for DC locations; compact license or MD license for MD locations 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights (1845-0715); weekends and holidays required per unit needs; required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity 8. RTO: No RTO permitted during first two weeks; no more than 7 days per 13-week contract 9. Returning Staff: Must have been separated for minimum of one year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Sitel modules must be completed within one week of signing contract; billable up to 4 hours, average duration 12 hours; completed pre-start and potentially during orientation 13. Travel Experience: Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment 14. Scrubs: Caribbean Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - No Exemptions 16. Special Equipment: Safe Patient Handling Equipment, Ceiling lifts in every room, Sabina lifts, Accuchecks, 12 lead EKGs, Telestroke Critical: Must successfully pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms. Labs and DS appointment must be completed within 48 hours of signing. Two supervisory references required including one from most recent assignment.
