- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Primarily MS (Med/Surg) patient population; adults and geriatrics; blood product administration, peripheral line care management, starting IVs, Heparin, Insulin, PCA, nasal cannula, isolation precautions, use of Rapid Response teams 3. Certifications: BLS required; NIHSS required; must pass EKG exam during onboarding (required for all RNs at Cone Health regardless of specialty) 4. License: Not specified 5. Educat
