- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; no first-time travelers 2. Cases: CVA, TBI, ABI, Spinal Cord Injury, Neurological dx, generalized debility; inpatient rehab; specialized care for s/p stroke, aneurysm, post-op surgical, brain injury, spinal cord injury; Acute Care Rehab experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS required; Pass/Fail EKG exam required by Cone Health for all RNs regardless of specialty 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, Nights, 7p-7a; every 3rd weekend; holidays as needed; float required between all Cone Health campuses 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
