Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years recent experience required; 3+ years preferred; Med Surg experience required 2. Cases: Med surg, overflow unit, post surg, observation; medical oncology, GYN surgery, med-surg 3. Certifications: BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Active RN license in state or compact RN license complying with NLC guidelines required 5. Education: BSN only required for Le Bonheur Children's, Methodist Rheumatology, Centralized Staffing Positions; all other positions accept ADN 6. EMR: EPIC experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: On-call as needed; weekend coverage as needed; patient ratios 1:5/6 days/nights/weekends; may float between like units and campuses within 20-mile radius 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; RTO submitted after offer made will not be honored; must work 2 of 3 holidays if Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's fall during assignment, or at least 1 of 2 holidays if only 2 fall during assignment 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year; former travelers who worked full year assignment must be away 1 full year before returning 10. Travel/Local: 100 mile radius rule; locals not accepted; first-timers not accepted 11. Background: Driver's license copy required at submission 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
