- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required; must have 18 months permanent MS/Tele prior to travel 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry; skills include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias 3. Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS required; must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start 4. License: Permanent Ohio License or Compact State license required and must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked 7. Shifts/Call: Options for 4x12s, 3x12s, or 2x12s available; Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts, 7am-7:30pm 8.
