- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required; must have 18 months permanent MS/Tele prior to travel 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry 3. Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS must be obtained prior to start 4. License: Permanent Ohio license or Compact State license required and must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified; ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation with acceptable scores required 7. Shifts/Call: Night shift only, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:30pm-7am; options for 4x12s, 2x12s also available 8. RTO: All RTO and scheduling information must be confirmed at time of submission and cannot be changed after an offer is presented 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11.
