- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; will review 1+ year 2. Cases: Sepsis, dementia, post-op, ortho, chest pain, r/o strokes; MS/Tele; interpretation and management of dysrhythmias; centralized tele monitoring with a tech 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; telemetry test required upon beginning of placement; must pass arrhythmia and medication test on 1st day 4. License: SC RN License required; pending license accepted but must obtain before start date 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Open to 48s; Resource Float Pool — allocated to Cherokee Medical Center (CMC) but may float to Spartanburg Medical Center (SMC) and other units; one of the following required: 2 on-call OR 2 additional shifts per 6 weeks; weekend coverage required as needed; block scheduling not accommodated; shaving may be required to pass fit test onsite 8. RTO: All RTO must be included on the initial submission; RTO requested after the fact will not be considered; pre-approved time off: two 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
