- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry 3. Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS also listed 4. License: Permanent Ohio RN License or Compact State license must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting experience required; must be within the last 6 months 7. Shifts/Call: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; traveler must work at least every other holiday 8. RTO: Traveler must work at least every other holiday 9.
