- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of recent MS/Tele experience required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: MS/Tele, Cardiac Tele, Tele required; skills include Accessing/Managing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Cardiac Telemetry, Central line care/management, CVA, Heparin Protocols, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), ABG interpretation, Dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV insulin protocols, PICC line management, Titration of cardiac and insulin drips, Tracheostomy care, Wound Care/Wound Vac, among others 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Amrita (documentation system required); Pyxis (medication system) 7. Shifts/Call: 2 call shifts per month; on-call 0500-1900 for call-offs covering days or nights, ED or Acute Care; call ends at 1900 if fully staffed; patient ratio 1:6 days, nights, and weekends 8.
