- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: MS/Tele experience required; ICU/PCU experience preferred but not required; one telemetry unit has bedside monitors, the other uses remote monitoring 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid participating compact license required; can submit with pending license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 days, 7am-7pm; every other weekend required; no on-call required; guaranteed 36 hours/week with up to 6 call-offs allowed over a 13-week assignment 8. RTO: Unit manager approval required; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; traveler must be open to floating between 2 MS/Tele units and wherever most needed based on census 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
