Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of MS/Tele experience required; Float Pool experience preferred; PCU/Step Down experience preferred 2. Cases: Medical, surgical, and cardiac patient diagnoses; Telemetry monitoring on the unit required 3. Certifications: BCLS and ACLS required 4. License: SC license required and must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend (EOW) required; self-scheduling and blocked scheduling allowed; 1:6 ratio with flex up to 1:7; 24 orientation hours 8. RTO: No RTO preferred for any holidays; one holiday may be considered 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: No radius restriction; locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Required; no first-time travelers accepted for float 14. Scrubs: Black scrubs required 15.
