- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; acute care experience must be current/today and working consistently in the last 12 months in the specialty applying for 2. Cases: Solid tumor cancers including Breast, Lung, Prostate, Pancreatic, Colon, Esophageal Cancer, and antineoplastic chemotherapy; covers full cancer journey from new diagnosis through treatment and end-of-life transition 3. Certifications: BLS required; ONS Chemo preferred; must have skills in Telemetry Interpretation and Monitoring, Accessing/Managing Ports, Administration of Chemotherapy, Blood Product Administration, Central Line Blood Draw, Tracheostomy Care/Management 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Night rotating; shift assignments reviewed every 4-week scheduling period; floating required to other MedSurg Oncology units; weekends variable based on unit needs 8.
