- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission (1 year noted in position header) 2. Cases: Acute embolic and hemorrhagic strokes, epileptic and non-epileptic seizures, shunt revisions, tumor removals, craniotomies/cranioplasties, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, pre/post neurosurgery 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; must be AHA certified per Comprehensive Stroke Center designation guidelines 4. License: Active SC or multistate license required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; 1 year of Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend requirement; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; float required to other units or campuses as needed based on qualifications and documented competencies 8. RTO: All requests must be submitted with application; only one pre-approved time off; accommodated only if approved by facility at time of booking 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
