Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum two years of recent relevant experience required 2. Cases: Urology and GYN surgical populations; high-volume post-surgical unit; Continuous Bladder Irrigation 3. Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association required; ACLS preferred 4. License: Active Virginia or Compact RN license in hand at time of submission; no exceptions; current NURSYS report required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic proficiency required; no exceptions 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s or 4x12s; overtime paid after 48 hours on 4x12 schedule; every other weekend required; floating required; holidays within contract required; travelers must work two of the three winter holidays; preferred schedule must be indicated at time of submission 8. RTO: All requested time off must be listed on the Qualivis Cover Sheet; maximum two pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be accepted; driver's license required for address verification prior to offer acceptance 11.
