- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; travel experience required 2. Cases: Neurology/stroke patients required (must have worked with neuro/stroke patients in acute care setting); Tele/Neuro/Stroke unit 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required via American Heart Association; NIHSS required 4. License: Compact or VA license in hand — no exceptions; current NURSYS report required at submission 5.
