- 3W Cardiovascular MS/TELE RN 3x12 or 4x12 DAYS 7A-7P (Traveler has option of 36 or 48hr weeks) weekdays, every other weekend, float **Please limit holiday RTO requests to no more than 1 of the 3 major holidays** Orientation/Start Date held every other week on Thursday Ratios: 1:7 (Team Nursing Approach) Years of experience REQ: 2 Years First-timers accepted: Yes - if experience requirements met Every other weekend required Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS Skill Requirements: Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias; Management of Dysrhythmias. Unit Description: 38 Beds. Medical Patients with emphasis on cardiovascular disease. Utilizes a team approach to provide optimal care and education. A team of 7-8 patients includes 1 RN, 1 LPN and 1 Nursing Assistant. The registered nurses are patient advocates who collaborate with various health team members to deliver quality nursing care.
