- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Cardiac, MS/Tele, and stepdown unit experience required; patient diagnoses include COPD, CHF, A fib with RVR, mild renal failure, sepsis, chronic vents, chest pain R/O MI, overdose/ETOH withdrawal, Covid, pleural effusion 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: Must be in hand; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; every other weekend required; must be able to work at least 1 of the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day; 20-26 weekend shifts per 13-week contract; patient ratio 1:4-5 days, nights, and weekends 8.
