- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required (minimum 2 years of telemetry); 2-3 years overall experience noted 2. Cases: Cardiac Interventional (TAVR, Mitral Clips, Watchman, Lead Extraction, TR Bands, complex PCI Angiogram), Dysrhythmias, Vascular procedures, Hemodialysis (NWKC RN administers HD in room), Chemotherapy infusions, pre-open heart; cardiac GTTs (limited titration); Nurse Telemetry Driven Protocol 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; Chemo (ONS/ONCC) preferred; Telemetry certification required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights; no block schedule requests; weekend coverage required; patient ratio 5:1 days, nights, and weekends 8.
